- Create and communicate software architecture to the team.
- Make data-driven decisions on technologies and their effective use.
- Recruit/hire developers.
- Establish tech processes: CI/CD, environment management, security, metrics, notification policies.
- Manage team/people, artifact delivery, and performance.
- Handle hands-on activities: development, code reviews etc.

Cloud providers: #AWS, #GCP, sometimes #Azure
Both #SQL and #NoSQL DBs
#Docker, #Kubernetes
Some #ML #AI experience
