Responsibilities:
βοΈ Maintaining Accounting Records in accordance with IFRS (Portfolio of Companies)
βοΈ Management Accounts, P&L, Balance Sheets Preparation
βοΈ Performing Bank, Supplier & Customer Reconciliation
βοΈ Bills & Invoices Posting
βοΈ Invoices & Receipts Issuing
βοΈ Registers & Forms Keeping and Updating
βοΈ Accounting Documents Sorting and Filling
βοΈ Leasing With Tax and VAT Authorities
βοΈ Taxes & Contributions Calculation
βοΈ Employees Payroll Calculation
βοΈ VAT/VIES/OSS Returns Registration and Preparation
βοΈ Personal Income Tax Returns IR1 Filling
βοΈ IR603, IR614, IR7 Filling
βοΈ Assisting with matters regarding Cyprus Taxes and Related Administration
βοΈ Communication with Auditors
βοΈ Excel Tables Preparation
**
Requirements:**
π University Degree
π IFRS, IAS knowledge
π ACCA/ACA Qualification (or the final stage)
π English (advanced), Russian (will be considered an advantage)
π Advanced PC knowledge (Word, Excel, QuickBooks - will be considered an advantage)
π Strong attention to details, focus on results, problem solving attitude, high level of initiative, team player preferably
π Knowledge of BIK, Tax Deductions and Salary Allowances
π Experience in having communication with the Tax Office
Office in Limassol / Molos **Seaside near Marina
Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00Β **
