International brokerage company, regulated by CySEC, with an office in Limassol is looking to expand its team with Customer Relationship Managers proficient in Italian, French, Spanish, and German languages, who will be responsible for selling the company's services and maintaining client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Converting leads into clients through telephone communication.
• Introduction, presentation, and effective promotion of company products and services.
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients by identifying their needs through active listening and consultations.
• Supporting client relationships by providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues via telephone, email, and chat.
• Ensuring the efficient execution of all procedures, including opening new accounts and verifying client information and documents.
• Collaborating with internal departments, such as documentation and operations, to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Recording client interactions and maintaining relevant information in the client system.
• Assessing and understanding client needs before presenting relevant products/services.
• Educating clients about company products and trading systems.
• Staying informed about market trends and industry developments.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals set by the company.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Higher education in economics, finance, business management, or a related field.
• Fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, or German, both written and spoken + English or Russian.
• Experience in customer service in financial markets.
• Deep understanding of the financial sector, investment products, and all aspects of FX, financial markets, and exchanges.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A team player capable of working independently.
• Excellent computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Knowledge of financial industry regulatory requirements.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
