Position: Access Management Specialist
📍AdTech Holding is an Innovation hub based in Cyprus, which creates vibrant startup ecosystems and technologies for AdTech & MarTech projects.
🤩We are looking for an Access Management Specialist for our IT Security team.
❗️This vacancy involves relocation to Serbia or Cyprus❗️
**🎯 Responsibilities:
**
▪️Create and edit user accounts, granting access rights in used systems.
▪️Develop the stucture of roles and access rights to systems in accordance with the company organizational chart.
▪️Conduct access rights audits, analyze user-role assignments and identifying discrepancies in access levels.
▪️Test technical implementations of access rights restrictions mechanisms.
▪️Handling requests for joining, promotion, department changes, and employee dismissals.
▪️Communication with employees and manage their requests for access level changes, coordinating approvals with managers or responsible person for the system.
▪️Assisting new employees with systems accesses.
▪️Coordinate equipment distribution with Office Support team.
▪️Documentation of the department's processes.
▪️Automatization access rights processes where is possible.
🎯 Requirements:
▪️Experience with ActiveDirectory, Atlassian products, GitHub, Google Workspace.
▪️Analytical mindset and ability to communicate regularly with employees.
▪️Basic knowledge and skills with: database management, LDAP/AD principles and technologies, scripting languages (Powershell, Bash, Python, Groovy, etc.).
▪️English language proficiency.
