Retention Manager, Limassol

We are looking for a Retention Manager to join our team of open-minded people.

Requirements for the candidate:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English is the must, any other languages are an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer retention/partnership managment
- Deep knowledge of key methods and strategies for customer retention
- Goal-oriented mindset and desire to achieve results
- Recommendations from previos employment

Responsibilities:
- Restoring partner relationships with the existing user base
- Developing and implementing effective customer retention strategies
- Segmenting user base and creating new trigger functions and logic for planned communication with Partners
- Generating hypotheses and conducting A/B testing to improve retention metrics and increase profits
- Monitoring and preparing reports on user retention results
