Funcorp is looking for corporate manager / lawyer

Crucial: The position is open in our office in Cyprus (Limassol). We are now considering candidates who are already on the island and are familiar with local processes.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and gather evidence;
- Draft and review contracts, and employment agreements;
- Preparation of corporate documents resolutions, powers of attorney, corporate registers, forms for the Registrar).Preparation and submission of documents to the migration service;
- Communication and work with banks (opening accounts, completing Review, KYC procedures, etc.);
- Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
