Location: Office (Cyprus/Larnaka)

Management company responsible for defining the overall strategy of investment activities and ensuring optimal management and development strategies for each business unit within the group. The company's primary areas of business interests encompass investment activities, information technologies, and trading.

Requirements:

Fluent level of Ukrainian language is a must
● Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience with Cyprus law
● Deep understanding of various areas of law, such as corporate, employment, intellectualproperty, and contract law, to ensure compliance;
● Solid knowledge of the Cyprus Companies law, all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, GDPR;
● The ability to identify legal risk (even if little prior experience in the relevant area);
● Ability to gather information and analyse data;
● Manages multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently;

Responsibilities:

● Provide legal advice and support to the executive team, board of directors;
● Drafting, negotiating and vetting contracts, legal documents and agreements;
● Advise on contract negotiations, and business agreements to minimize legal exposure;
● Advise on matters related to corporate structure and taxes;
● Developing and implementing legal procedures and policies to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws;
● Business processes development and legal support of the company and its affiliates;
● Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external advisers, public authorities), creating relations of trust;
