Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Head of Information Technology Department. The Head of Information Technology Department will be responsible for overseeing the IT department and ensuring that it aligns with the company's goals and objectives. They will also manage and implement technology initiatives, supervise the development and maintenance of systems, and oversee the technology budget.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in IT(preferably in financial/banking industry), with a proven track record of success
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in IT
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good understanding and experience in implementing bank standards
Experience from Finance or Banking industry
English from B2+


Technical Stack

C# (Csharp), SQL Database, Oracle, Dot.Net
Previous experience in Core-banking implementation, Digital banking / digitization
