● Successfully solved DS-related problems for various domains including fintech and banking, retail/ecommerce, marketing/adtech, FMCG (including companies from Fortune 500), insurance, medicine, logistics, light and heavy manufacturing resulting in 500+ ML-models released to production
● Large experience as vendor and consulting company in B2B and B2C, applying Machine Learning and AI to maximize business efficiency in Top-10 country ranking/Fortune 500 companies in various industries
● 10+ years of experience on СEO-1/CEO-2 levels leading teams up to 100+ employees (DS/ML, DE, Dev, DevOps, BA, PM, PO)
● Ex-Top 300 Kaggle Data Science World Ranking (of 50k+) and laureate of National Prize in Science for the development of algorithm for multimodal embedding and its usage in recommender systems
● Experienced in applying most fields of Data Science/Machine Learning/AI for business needs: classical ML, recommender systems (including sites with 30M+ MAU), NLP, reinforcement learning, deep learning (including RNN, CNN, GAN, transformers), computer vision & image recognition, video recognition
● Experience in working in startups, corporations (10k employees) and data-driven consulting
● P&L responsibility experience with budget up to $10-15M
● Built AI business unit making 10-12 pilot projects a month and market revenue per employee comparable with leaders of IT industry, achieved profitability 24 months after launch.
● Ideated and executed AI projects with ROI 300%+ and Net Margin $1M+ /month
● Experience in building highload distributed data processing with low latency (< 5 ms)
● Experience in public speaking and knowledge sharing (offline audience up to 800, online audience over 5000)
● Multicultural working experience (including ISO committee workgroups) and fluent English (C1)
