We are looking for a❇️Key Account Manager❇️
The company is a provider of a processing solutions for e-commerce industry.
➡️Responsibilities:
• Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they are completely satisfied with the product and service.
• Full comprehension of key customer needs and requirements.
• Control over all segments of the company's interaction with existing and prospect customers.
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Working collaboratively across teams - including Sales, Finance, Product and Integration.
• Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
➡️Must have:
- 1+ years of proven successful experience as a Key Account Manager in the fintech or payments industry.
- Experience with gambling/iGaming, betting, affiliate programs in High-Risk industry.
- In-depth knowledge of payment systems, technologies, and profile industry regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Capacity to work independently.
- Fluency in English (B2-C1 equivalent)
