You’ll be responsible for:
- Organizing personal meetings and appointments
- Organizing private travel, including arranging visas, travel, accommodation and restaurants, entertainment when required
- To manage real estate (search, agreements and all necessary arrangements)
- To oversee the maintenance and refurbishment of all properties across several locations (several properties)
- To liaise with Accountants, Finance and Legal representatives on the principals’ behalf (legal matters, private bank accounts matters)
- Reminding about important tasks and managing deadlines
- Updating and managing paper and electronic files and records (agreements, invoices, housekeeping costs, etc.)
- To carry out research and manage ad-hoc tasks and projects by the family
- Coordination with another Personal Assistant
- Managing ad hoc tasks
- To observe a code of strictest confidentiality at all times

We’re looking for someone that has:

- Fluent English language
- Greek is an advantage
- Previous work experience as a personal/family assistant
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, initiative and independence
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Time-management skills
- Accurate and attentive to details
- High level of flexibility and resourcefulness
- Driving license and preferably a car

Your role at Exness:
We are currently looking for Backend Software Engineer (Golang/ Python) to join our Trading Risk Protection Development team.

We are looking for an experienced employee who understands the full development cycle from idea to production. Who understands the quality-speed trade-off. Experienced in working with MT4/MT5 trading data. Experience in fighting fraud.

You will:
- Build stable, efficient, testable, and reusable microservices.
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
- Integrate data-storage solutions like PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Clickhouse, Vertica.
- Lead the entire application/service development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.
- Refactor, optimize, and improve the existing codebase for maintenance and scale.
- Convey effectively all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, and schedules along with technical and process issues.
- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
- Coordinate with co-developers and keep the project manager well informed of the status of the development effort, serving as a liaison between development staff and the project manager.
- Review other engineers' code.

What makes you a great fit:
- 4 or more years of software development
- Advanced knowledge of unit and integration testing
- Preferred qualifications in concurrency and async development
- Experience with git and the git life cycle for software development
- Understanding of microservices architecture and how to establish context boundaries within software applications
- Passion for clean code and software architecture, with a thorough understanding of SOLID principles, and, ideally, domain-driven design, as well as Uncle Bob's Clean Code and Clean Architecture
- Experience with Docker and running code in a Linux container
- Experience writing REST-based web services
- Eagerness to constantly improve and learn new skills
- Cultivation of DevOps culture and usage of relevant tools, having solid experience with operating systems, networking models, virtualization, and containerization
- Ability to use advanced English for different work and business purposes


**Nice to have:
**- Commercial experience with Golang or Python
- Familiarity with Kafka and Kafka Connect
