Position : Marketing Manager
Salary range : 2000-4000 euro

Join the team! We are looking for a talanted Marketing Manager , who has experience in the gambling/betting sphere.

Responsibilities :
- Develop strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness;
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution;
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram, including budgeting, targeting, optimization, and reporting;
- Track KPIs and analyze campaign performance across channels to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, techniques, and technologies;
- Coordinate all actions with the team members;
- Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns;
- Ensure that all marketing efforts meet legal and ethical standards.

Requirements for the Candidate :
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the gambling industry;
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity;
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills;
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is an advantage;
- Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals;
- Degree in Marketing.
