We are looking for a Finance and Administrative Assistant to join Radiacode. We are an inventive company specializing in crafting advanced portable electronic devices.

In this role, you will support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in overseeing daily financial and administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Keep financial records accurate and compliant with laws and regulations.
2. Prepare basic sales reports from various platforms (website, Stripe, Paypal, Amazon, eBay).
3. Support COO in managing daily operations, including orders and shipments.
4. Work closely with auditors to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
5. Perform other tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Expectations:

1. Native or fluent in Greek and fluent in English.
2. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
3. B-category driving license and the ability to use a personal car.

Would be a plus:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of Cyprus financial laws and tax regulations.
3. Experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
