Risk Management: Tools and Liquidity Provider Bridges
API Integrations: RESTful, JAVA, FIX
Wallet Tech: For Crypto Exchanges and EMI
Client Relations Management: CRM, CRM Admin, Client Portal

Your Role:
🚀 Lead and expand our R&D function, delivering high-quality products
🔧 Oversee technical development across the company
👥 Guide and support multiple development teams using diverse technologies

What We Expect:
📈 5+ years managing teams (20+ employees), including offshore
🌟 8+ years in R&D leadership, delivering successful products
