Montes Auri team are looking for a proficient Python/Django/PostgreSQL Developer with strong ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) skills to develop and maintain a state-of-the-art crypto-banking solution. This role involves intricate work with the Fireblocks service, ensuring seamless and secure digital asset transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain applications using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, with a strong emphasis on ORM for database interactions.
- Integrate and manage seamless interactions with the Fireblocks service.
- Integrate and manage seamless interactions with the multi-state services.
- Develop robust, scalable backend systems for cryptocurrency banking solutions.
- Ensure adherence to digital asset regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with various teams to convert user needs into effective, secure technical solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum efficiency, scalability, and security.
- Perform regular code reviews, testing, and debugging to enhance application performance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Python, Django, PostgreSQL, especially with ORM frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Fireblocks platform integration.
- Knowledge in cryptocurrency banking, blockchain technologies, and secure coding practices.
