Your responsibilities will be:
Building social media strategy for agency clients and agency itself.
Executing strategies through the team of internal and external colleagues.
Setting goals and reach numeric KPIs - followers, engagement.
Building multistep funnels in social media to reach commercial results.
Building communities in social media inspired by the content we post.
Creating inspiring and at the same time commercial-driven social media accounts.
Ongoing analysis of your activities and constant improvement.
Presentation of your results via simple well-structured keynotes.

Strong strategic thinking - you can see the whole picture, and understand all factors influencing the result, as well as their weight

You know what effective communication is (not just talking or copy-pasting) and how to work in big teams

Your responsibilities will be:

Content ideas for social media
Manage content production for social media (through the team of internal and external professionals, including influencers)
Come up with ideas and manage production of engaging short videos portraying product benefits & driving emotional response (UGCs)
Manage production of banner and animatic ad formats
Manage creative team, make sure you meet all KPIs (time & costs)
