A #operationsmanager vacancy at an EdTech product company. As an Operations Maager, you will be responsible for building effective processes and automating them within the company. Together with the Operations Director, you will build approaches for different group jurisdictions and tax planning.

The position is based in Limassol, Cyprus (UTC+3) and Poland (UTC+1/2).

🔖 Main Responsibilities:
- Identify potential growth bottlenecks and resolve them;
- Provide detailed analysis of the processes, design recommendations, and ensure their implementation;
- Together with the analytics department, create an explicit analysis for each department to have up-to-date data about the efficiency of each business unit and department;
- Initiate and drive processes automation together with leaders of respective division;
- Work closely with department heads to achieve company objectives;
- Form company policies and guidelines.

🔎 Your experience should include:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in such a role;
- Experience with ATS;
- Mastery in various methodologies like Agile or Waterfall, proficiency in BPMN;
- Familiarity with operational software or ERP systems, proven track record in automation processes;
- English - Upper intermediate as a minimum.
