Opportunity for a mid to senior-level Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, with the potential to progress into a BI Manager role overseeing their own team.

✅Responsibilities:
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact the FX(Forex) market and business operations and generate reports for management and all key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including customer journey, marketing, business development, client experience and IT to identify business requirements, KPI setting and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders
• Provide a strategy and framework for all data management activities
• Identify business opportunities discovered through data
• Ensure data accuracy by auditing and identifying inconsistencies
• Monitor and analyze competitors' activities and market trends to identify potential competitive advantages or risks
• Be up-to-date about global economic events and market news that could impact the FX market
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both non-technical and technical stakeholders with proper requirement documents/flows

✅Candidate profile:
• Fluent English speaking and writting skills
• Solid expertise in data analysis, design and development of reporting and business intelligence solutions
• Good knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio/Looker, Big query, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or other relevant programming languages
• Experience of working in a highly regulated environment
• Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Finance or related field
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication skills and leadership skills
• Meticulous attention to detail when working with data to ensure accuracy and quality
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience within a similar role in the financial/FX services
