Position: Junior Game Support Manager✍️

💻Duties:
• Communication with users, timely response to gamers messages;
• Creation of templates for solving frequently occurring problems together with the development team;
• Administration of groups in social networks, support and updating of FAQs in groups;
• Interaction with game testers, documentation of identified game problems/bugs.

Our requirements:
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above;
• The ability to convey an opinion clearly, accessible and polite.
