Responsibilities:
— Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks;
— Manage network servers and technology tools;
— Set up accounts and workstations;
— Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues;
— Ensuring all office equipment is working;
— Purchasing of the equipment.

Requirements:
— Help desk experience from 1 year+;
— Knowledge of MDM and ABM as an advantage;
— Analytical approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail;
— Readiness to work from office.
