We are looking for Team/Tech Lead (Python exp.) for our Client.**


Requirements:
▫️Tech lead with 10 years of experience in developing fault-tolerant distributed systems, specializing in reliability, availability, and scalability.
🔸Known for strong abilities in Python (Django) and Golang languages, as well as proficiency in a monolithic & a microservice architecture, real-time, and low latency systems.
🔹Hands-on experience on High load projects (over 50 mln users).
▫️Hands-on experience in AWS, CI/CD, Monolithic , Microservices, Kubernetes.
▫️Demonstrated expertise in all stages of development, from goal-setting to commissioning.
▫️Proven track record of successfully managing teams at various project stages, showcasing exceptional leadership skills.
▫️Well-versed in conducting interviews and selecting top talent to form and develop high-performing teams.
▫️Committed to driving excellence and delivering exceptional results in challenging environments.
🔸English – B2 or higher.
