Position: CTO for Automotion company
Location: Warsaw
Format of work: on-site

We are seeking a CTO to steer the technological direction of a EV venture. This role shall define the technology strategy and ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions.


Tech Stack:

FE: React, React Native, Node.js
DB: Supabase or PostgreSQL
BE: NestJS


Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of a technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
Oversee research and development efforts.
Guide the company in adopting and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions.
Collaborate closely with other executive team members to align technology initiatives with business strategies and customer needs.
Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Maintain the company's technology infrastructure.


Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in the EV charging, automotive, or related tech industry.
Strong background in software development, systems engineering, and technology infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability in leading R&D initiatives and bringing technological innovations to market.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear business strategies.
Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technology strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with current and emerging technologies in the EV charging sector.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
English level: Upper intermediate/B2
