**Responsibilities:
**🔵Act as a project manager for each and every installation/upgrade project, providing timely and effective solutions
🔵Install and configure software applications according to company specifications and user requirements.
🔵Perform troubleshooting activities, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
🔵Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.

Requirements:
🟡At least 1 year of relevant technical experience in an IT support role .
🟡Fluency in English (both oral and written).
🟡Strong ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
🟡Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
🟡Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
🟡In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
🟡CCNA or MCSA certifications will be considered an advantage
🟡Strong organizational and time management skills.
🟡Ability to work as a part of a team as well as independently.

🟡Track and report on the test execution in a timely manner, with attention given to achieving a high level of quality
🟡Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects, and to ensure that products meet the required quality standards
🟡Gather and document the outcome of test executions and all information needed to support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage
🟡Responsible for identifying and reporting defects, and for tracking and verifying defect fixes
🟡Participate in technical scope and deliverables meetings
🟡Participate in business reviews of requirements where appropriate
