I have a lot of experience in business analysis with a wide range of products (both desktop and web) and activities including construction, fintech, and mobile billing. Also, I have a lot of experience in tech writing. One of my tasks in my previous position was to create the Knowledge Base for the Project. This KB is still used by a wide range of personnel from marketing to developers.

I'm a proactive and responsible person, who will drive the tasks from appearance to finish. I always keep the focus on details to make the best understanding for every person I communicate with. Especially it is relevant to creating tasks for developers. I prefer to define comprehensive flows and entities to fully describe the task and get the minimum of questions from the developer. To realize this, I usually ask maximum questions to the customer.

I like to learn new tools and methods. For example, in my previous position, I started to work with API designing and documenting using Postman and Swagger to test and create necessary docs.
