- Optimize payment processes to increase operational efficiency and enhance customer service.
- Develop and implement cascading strategies to boost transaction success.
- Evaluate risks and develop processes to mitigate them.
- Monitor payment transactions to identify fraudulent operations.
- Handle chargeback and refund operations.
- Analyze transaction data to identify patterns, trends, and potential optimization opportunities for approval rates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align payment processes with overall business goals.

🎯 What we expect:

- Previous experience in payment processing, acquiring, or a similar role is essential.
- Knowledge of financial systems, payment processing platforms, and relevant tools is a plus. This includes a deep understanding of payment gateways for transaction management, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing methods, including credit card operations, e-wallets, bank transfers, and other commonly used payment methods.
- Excellent analytical skills.
