Compliance Manager (Cyprus, Full-time, In-house)

A group of companies with offices in Cyprus, Israel, Spain and other countries are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Cyprus office.

Requirements:
- Ensuring that bank transactions comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Developing, updating, and enforcing the internal policies to comply with legal standards.
- Responsible for opening and closing bank accounts.
- Working closely with banking partners to respond to all compliance requests.
- Identifying and assessing the risks associated with the bank transactions.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Preparing reports for management as required.
- Investigating and resolving potential compliance issues or breaches, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Liaising with regulatory authorities and stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
- Staying informed about the evolving regulatory landscape and best practices in banking compliance.
- Enlish/Russian speaker
