**👨🏻‍💻Responsibilities
**
📍Coordination of work between all involved parties (ADM, HHG, ABI, Accenture), incl. set-up of required governance and communication channels
📍Support business in requirements collection & management (in user story format)
📍Roadmap creation
📍Tracking of project progress and make sure that it's delivered as per aligned project roadmap
📍Support in resolving of any blockers and potential risks on ABI side
📍Project coordination according to ABI New Operation Model procedure (e.g. preparation and participation in Solutions boards, making sure all Compliance and Architectural checks are done etc.)
📍Support in change management and stakeholder management during the projects implementation (incl. support in change management plan preparation and implementation, training sessions with end users, pre-go live alignments and communications etc.)
📍Support during UAT (e.g. UAT process management incl. UAT test cases preparation)
📍Coordination of cutover and pre-/post-go live activities (incl. smoke tests, if needed)
📍Coordination of Hypercare phase (incl. incidents tracking during the Hypercare and system changes, if needed)
📍Preparation and successful transfer of solution to BAU (e.g. organizing of knowledge transfer sessions to BAU team for SAP interfaces, preparation of BAU support model, onboarding of all involved parties and end users)

🧑🏻‍🏫Requirements

📍3 years+ of experience within Project Manager role.
📍Solid understanding of SAP.
📍Strong teamwork, communication and analytical skills.
📍English – C1. Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
