UFarm.Digital is looking for
community manager

What you will do:

- Creating and managing communities in Twitter, Discord, and Telegram;
- Increase user engagement and activity;
- Provide user support;
- Generate discussions and involve community members in it;
- Run activities motivating members to invite new users;
- Collect and analyze feedback from the community;
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for co-marketing activities;
- Create relevant content for SMM;
- Quickly identify trends and news topics and work them out within the community.
- Maintain close communication with the development and product teams to stay - - - Informed about current features and plans;
- Work with potential negative and filter out trolls;
- Curate and develop the ambassador program;

What qualifications do we expect from the perfect candidate:

Fluent English(C1);
Proven track record as a community manager in crypto/fintech;
4+ years overall experience in crypto;
Deep knowledge and passion for crypto, understanding of trends, slang, etc.;
Understanding and the ability to adapt to different tones of voice (ToV).
Your results will be assessed using the following KPI:

Engagement / Activity Rate;

Viral rate - how many people are brought in thanks to the existing community;
User support response time and satisfaction;
Growth of the ambassador program and the number of new attracted users.
