Vacancy Accountant, Cyprus, Limassol.

Private school L.I.T.C. - have been providing education for children of all ages in Cyprus for the last 25 years. Its main goal is to maintain high quality education and a supportive atmosphere for all students and staff.
The school is of a medium size - 600 students and approximately 60 employees.

Key responsibilities:
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Keep track of supporting documentation and finance files
• Maintain tax files and liaise with tax office
• Update accounts receivable/payable and issue invoices
• Perform matching and monthly reconciliations of the balances with third parties
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and the Employer’s accounting and financial guidelines
• Prepare all the necessary documentation for audit purposes
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

Skills required:
• Experience with E-soft will be an advantage
• English level sufficient for work with documents and communicate in international team
• Greek language will be an advantage.
