▪️Responsibilities:
**▫️Designing services and functionality of a digital-banking platform from scratch
▫️Collection, decomposition, description of business requirements, writing project documentation, generation of technical specifications for the development team
▫️Supporting the identification and development of user stories
▫️Interaction with Product owner, Dev team, QA
▫️Description of methods for external API integrations
▫️Updating existing documentation
▫️Support of the project from the moment of drawing up the documentation to the transfer of ready-made functionality to the customer
▫️Formation of tasks for improvements in the system

**▪️Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
**▫️Bachelor’s degree
▫️English (С1-С2 level)
▫️3+ years of experience or more as a business analyst or pm
▫️Experience writing technical documentation
▫️Ability to quickly adapt and understand existing program scope or assist the government with identification and documentation of intended scope where needed
▫️Understanding of conceptual business models and process flows
▫️Advanced experience using Jira and Confluence
▫️Ability to understand and translate technical solutions as needed as this program is highly technical in nature
▫️Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the blockchain industry with a deep understanding of the various blockchain protocols, Web3, DeFi, and DAO governance
▫️Deep understanding of the differences between the different layer one and layer two protocols and how their technologies differ and make them unique
▫️Technical knowledge and understanding of all core blockchain architecture, functionality, and principles, such as smart contracts, liquidity pools, hot and cold wallet architectures, and project tokenomics
▫️Knowledge of crypto compliance requirements and flows for blockchain transaction monitoring and KYC
▫️Knowledge of the technological and architectural differences between centralized custodians (wallets, apps, and exchanges) and Decentralized Exchanges and DApps
▫️Investment Products: Yield Farming, Borrow Borrow for Spot/Margin/Futures)
▫️Advanced experience using MySQL
