Position open: Office administrator, servers.com**
Location: Limassol, Cyprus**

We are looking for a motivated colleague who will be responsible for performing various secretarial duties in our office in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Organize comfort and tidiness in the office.
- Place orders weekly, check and keep the stock.
- Be responsible for the delivery of the documents to the local authorities.
- Assist the employees with various questions when needed.
- Support document workflow, scan/copy various documents.
- Support employees travel.
- Managing the reception area.
- Assist in managing the office maintenance, source suppliers for quotes and arrange the relevant service providers or suppliers for repairs.
- Answer telephones and address any incoming inquires.
Provide ongoing administrative support to office colleagues and management as needed.
Our expectations:
- Attitude towards providing excellent service, being punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and discreet.
- Written and spoken English and Greek at the advanced level.
- Driving license, category B.
Working schedule is 9AM – 6PM with 1 hour lunch break.
