Hello! We are looking for a Frontend Developer to the team in Cyprus.

Servers.com is a global IaaS hosting platform providing a full range of computing, storage, and networking services for customers in the US, Europe, and Asia. Our main product is a management system of various hosting services, including a customer portal and internal admin panels.

We use:
- the latest versions of React and TypeScript;
- our own actively developing ui-kit;
- Sentry as automatic error monitoring;
- Jira as an issue tracker;
- GitLab for repository and CI;
- Improved version of Git Flow.

We encourage contributions to open source.

What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience with React or any modern MVC framework;
- experience with TypeScript will be a plus;
- English level (B1/B2) enough for reading and compiling documentation.

Responsibilities:
- developing and maintaining interfaces of Servers.com products;
- participating in the development of the project architecture, performing refactoring and code review;
- sharing your analysis with the team, discussing - technical solutions, and reaching a consensus;
examining requirements for clarity and feasibility, decomposing big tasks;
- interacting with testers to find, identify and fix errors.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our managed services such as Load Balancer, Firewall, or Shared Block Storage services. You will work closely with our development and R&D teams to guide products from conception to launch. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong understanding of managed services, and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:
- Define and manage product roadmaps for our customer portal, focusing on features such as user management, billing, and accounting.
- Collaborate closely with our development and R&D teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
- Drive the full product lifecycle - from conception, design, and development to production and support.
- Define and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring that all stakeholders have what they need to be successful.
- Develop and maintain a business proposal that makes a compelling case for continued investment into your products.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to develop product insights.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Product Management role.
- Experience in the B2B IT sector is a must.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Demonstrable knowledge in technology trends and applying this in the creation of product strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent project management and time-management skills.
