Tasks:

User management

Access management in the company

Commissioning of new and support of existing software solutions

Ensuring user safety

Ensuring the security of the company’s servers, as well as the security of the cloud infrastructure

Providing user support, solving software and hardware problems (Linux, MacOS)

Developer support when working with clouds and servers (AWS, Azure, GCP and dedicated servers)

DevOPS tasks, setting up pipelines for developers, operating products.

Required knowledge:

Google workspace

Microsoft Office 365

Slack

Atlassian (Jira,Confluence,Helpdesk)

Gitlab/Github CI/CD pipelines

Good experience in working with major clouds - AWS, Azure, GCP.

Product handling experience. Introduction of new products, ability to interact with developers during development and preparation of products for launch into production.

Preparing development environments (dev/stg/prod envs)

Ability to configure and maintain infrastructure via IaC (terraform)

Linux system administrator - advanced

Docker

Kubernetes

Monitoring (Zabbix, ELK, Prometeus, Graphana, etc.)

Experience with sonarqube will be a plus

Cloud security tools (like: AWS security hub, Guard Duty, Cloud defender)
