Orbita, a venture studio based in Luxembourg, is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager with a background in startups.
As the HR Manager at Orbita, your main responsibility will be developing a talent acquisition strategy and overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish. We are seeking a candidate who possesses strong skills in attracting, hiring, and onboarding exceptional employees. In this role, you will not only be responsible for finding and attracting top talent, but also for implementing performance review and personal development systems to ensure the optimal performance of our team.
❇️ Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a strategic recruitment plans.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Coordinate with project managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in recruitment, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Design and implement an onboarding programs.
- Use recruitment metrics to optimize recruiting methods and improve hiring processes.
- Negotiate with external headhunters to fill niche or senior positions effectively.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement employee performance review systems.
- Develop and integrate learning and personal development plans for employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in handling performance issues.
- Develop and execute initiatives to promote a productive work culture.
❇️ Qualifications
- Experience working in startups.
- Experienced in conducting interviews in English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in problem analysis, decision-making, and managing multiple priorities.
- Fluent in Russian and English (B2).
