☑️Обязанности:
- Handle onboarding and monitoring of new employees
- Conduct employee offboarding
- Partially maintain personnel records
- Conduct surveys, prepare presentations
- Organize calls and meetings
- Prepare announcements for employees
- Creating instructions/manuals
- Improvement of existing processes
- Prepare reports of different kind

☑️Что мы ждем от кандидата:
- Experience in a similar position from 1 year or more
- You are communicative and not afraid to ask questions
- You can estimate the work plan, the time it will take to complete the task
- You are proactive
- You are open to criticism, calmly accept feedback
- You have experience in asynchronous communication
- You have experience with making presentations and writing texts
- You have remote work experience
- English level from B2
