🟢 Responsibilities:

• Attract and communicate with webmasters
• Work with an existing database of webmasters
• Analyze and integrate incoming traffic
• Manage relationships with webmasters and media buying structures worldwide
• Sales and post-sales support and development
• Introduce and implement new processes
• Provide reports to senior management

🟢 Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing (Gambling, Betting, and Casino verticals)
• Understanding of basic marketing metrics: ROI, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, RevShare, Hybrid
• Strong negotiation skills
• Own contact base of active webmasters (advantageous)
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
