Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Project, a professional responsible for managing the Canadian education project, Toronto Imperial School. You will have the opportunity to work with an international team, students from around the world, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure success.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement long-term development strategies for the educational project
- Develop and systematize effective team management systems
- Timely execution and assignment of operational tasks
- Supervise and enhance educational programs and courses
- Ensure high-quality teaching and development of educational initiatives
- Organize the work of the teaching and administrative staff
- Establish effective communication between project participants and other countries and company departments
- Budgeting, optimization, and reporting on the project's budget and resources
- Implement and improve IT technologies and collaboration with the IT department to enhance the educational platform
- Use systematic analytics to improve the quality of teaching and project effectiveness assessment
- Prepare reports for top management
- Recruiting and training for the team according to company standards
- Support professional development and motivation

- Has experience in team management and working in an international environment
- Operational management and pedagogical leadership (courses, schools, educational agencies, information business)
- Budgeting and optimization
- IT technologies
- Launching new projects
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Creativity, critical thinking, and innovation
- Flexibility, proactiveness, and empathy
- English B2, Ukrainian native
