Senior/Lead PHP Developer

English B2, Russian/Belorussian/Ukrainian C1| remote

🔎Responsibilities:
- Creation of high-quality, easily maintained code/ building development processes in the company;
- Communication with clients in English;
-Close communication with developers;
-Participation in weekly meetings with other delivery managers;
-Support and refinement of existing projects;
-Conduct technical interviews;
-Participate in a code review.

🔎Requirements:**
-Minimum 5 years of experience in PHP development, especially with Symfony;
-At least 2 years as a Team/Tech Lead;
-Deep knowledge of PHP (Symfony), experience with React and Go is a plus. Familiarity with Docker, experience with AWS, Redis, and expertise in developing and maintaining high-traffic systems;
-High level of English, from B2;
-Decision-making skills, ability to organize team work, optimize processes, and efficiently use resources;
-Adaptability to change, flexibility in decision-making, logical thinking;

❗️Will be a plus:
- Experience in the Proxy/VPN industry;
- Knowledge of Kanban methodologies, proficiency in using Jira and GitHub;
