International product IT company is looking for a Customer Support Operator👩🏻‍💻
If you:
- a team player;
- worked with clients in any sphere at least 6 months;
- communicative, client oriented and know-how to win customer’s trust;
- have level of English at least Upper - Intermediate, as well as speak Russian and Ukrainian;
You are the one who we need!

Your key responsibilities will be:
- communicate with existing and new customers via chats, mails and calls;
- update your knowledge of the product;
-create issue reports and tasks, monitor their completion.
