Hey, we at Prodly (USA based SaaS dev company with its official European office in Cyprus) are looking for a

**Junior Salesforce Administrator

to help us maintain and improve our Salesforce org and related apps. This cross-functional role will provide critical support for the entire organization in the areas of Salesforce, reporting, and processes.

What you will do:
- Declarative development such as creating and updating custom fields, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, email alerts, processes
- Troubleshooting user and system issues
- Creating and updating reports and dashboards
- User management (creating, updating, deactivating users)
- Improving data quality through cleansing and duplicate management
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes
- Evaluate and prepare for Salesforce releases to determine how changes will apply to all affected users

What you will bring:
At least one year of experience as a Salesforce system administrator
Salesforce certification is preferred
Proactive and seeks out opportunities to improve our user experience
Eager to learn and search for solutions
**Experience with Data Loader or a similar tool
