🔍Looking for Lead Generation Specialist for remote job

English - B2+/C1

Responsibilities:
-Seeking a professional familiar with the lead generation process, its key stages, channels, and tools, with the ability to independently enhance and optimize each element. This includes finding or recommending new platforms for outreach, automation, or result processing.
-Exploring new communication channels based on the cutomer's profile.
-Creating texts and script templates for email campaigns, LinkedIn, or campaigns in other channels.
-Analyzing campaign results, identifying stages and elements for improvement or testing new hypotheses and applications.


Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation in IT or recruiting (preferably 2 years or more).
-Preferably experienced in sales, marketing, or advertising.
-Technical education combined with practical business or commercial experience is welcomed.
-Experience in discovering, using, and optimizing various communication channels with potential clients.
-Experience with LinkedIn, Telegram, Forums, Slack, Discord, Reddit, etc.
-CRM proficiency.
-Development and writing of texts (scripts).
-English proficiency at the B2+ level, but C1 is preferred.
-Desire to develop and work in the field of marketing and sales.
