Role: Head of Operations**

Reporting to: CEO
Scope: Global

Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and execute initiatives to enhance operational processes- Coordinate the delivery of key projects, including complex global initiatives
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement

Candidate profile:
- 3+ years of operations experience in fintech/banking, preferably with Forex expertise- Proven track record in an international environment, successfully managing large projects and teams
- Solid understanding of interconnections within business functions
