We are the N1 event agency in Cyprus. Now our company is expanding and we are looking for event managers living in Cyprus to join our cool team of professionals.

If you love organizational activities, are not afraid of multitasking, are competent, trainable and responsible, welcome to us.

You will have to do:
• organization of online and offline events in the b2b sector;
• preparation of the program and search for technical solutions;
• development of estimates in MS Excel;
• search for contractors and performers;
• drawing up a detailed plan for preparing and conducting events, solving organizational and technical issues, overall coordination;
• monitoring the work of contractors at the event (installation, dismantling);
• preparation and conclusion of contracts, acts, assessment and approval of the budget;
• coordination of interaction between various departments during preparation and work with partners.

We expect from you:
• 1 year of experience in event organization;
• experience in working with estimates, selection of contractors;
• driver's license category B (traveling nature of work);
• fluent knowledge of English;
• confident Excel user;
• high level of stress resistance, responsibility and organization.

We offer:

• work schedule from 9:30 to 18:00, Mon-Fri;
• work on weekends (at events) is paid additionally;
