Vacancy: Delivery Manager/Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager/Agile Coach to join our dynamic team in Cyprus. The specialist will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum/Kanban framework and ensuring that the team follows its principles and practices and will focus on helping the team deliver high-quality products and continuously improve their processes. Currently most of the teams are following Kanban methodology.

Main duties & responsibilities:


✔️ Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to prioritize and communicate product backlog items;
✔️ Ensure that the product backlog is maintained and accessible;
✔️ Coach the team in Agile principles, practices, and values, helping them become a self-organizing and cross-functional unit;
✔️ Ensure the Scrum/Kanban framework is understood and followed by the team, and help the team adapt it as needed to fit their context;
✔️ Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging them to inspect and adapt their processes and practices;
✔️ Help the team understand and use Agile metrics and reporting to track progress and make informed decisions;
✔️ Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders to improve their understanding of Agile and Scrum/Kanban;
✔️ Promote healthy communication and collaboration within the team.

Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years of experience as an Delivery Manager/Agile Coach;
✔️ Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices;
✔️ Proficiency in Agile management tools and software;
✔️ Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills;
✔️ Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
✔️ Fluent English and Russian
