#Vacancy: Key #Account manager (fluent English)
We are the premium Google Agency. We have the long-term experience in the mVAS industry and we support on all business needs. We are the group of remote working individuals living by a clear working ethos, client focus and transparent workflows.
We are looking for the active and multitasking Key Account manager with high skills in communication and problem solving.
**Key Responsibilities:
**— Manage and maintain relationships with up to 30 key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and performance.
— Provide comprehensive support in traffic analysis, using various tools and analytics to optimize user engagement and increase conversion rates.
— Demonstrate expertise in key performance indicators (KPIs) including Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CR%), Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), Return on Investment (ROI), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
— Conduct regular client meetings to discuss campaign performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
— Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on revenue share models and CPA strategies.
— Work in CRM-system.
— Administrative support in PR-events we attend for promoting our agency (international specialized conferences and other).
**Skills and Qualifications:
**— Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, necessary for effective client communication and collaboration.
— In-depth knowledge of revenue share models and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) strategies.
— Proven ability to analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
— Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
— Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
— Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:
**— At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a traffic agency or affiliate network;
— Proven track record of successfully managing a significant number of clients, with an emphasis on client satisfaction and performance delivery.
— Experience in utilizing analytical tools for traffic analysis and campaign optimization.
— Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
— Knowledge in mVAS industry.
— Spanish language.
**Conditions:
**— Remotely work with basic work schedule: Mon—Fri from 9:00/11:00 to 18:00/20:00 (European timezone);
— Total income €1500-2000 per month (gross): fixed salary + KPI.
— No bureaucracy and long meetings, friendly team, charged for work;
