**Vacancy: HR Administrator

**✨ You will be responsible for:
- Processing work permits and tourist visas (including filling out application forms, collecting and checking relevant paperwork, and advising employees regarding sets of necessary documents);
- Submitting documents to the Migration Department;
- Accompanying employees to embassies;
- Ensuring the company's document flow;
- Drafting documents upon request from department heads and management;
- Collaborating with related departments within the company;
- Interacting with contractors and courier services;
- Completing tasks assigned by the head of the department;
Providing various reports.
✨ Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience;
- Experience with Cyprus migration services;
- Higher education degree;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), 1C, Directum (will be an advantage);
- Initiative, attention to detail, ability to control a large amount of information, quick learning aptitude;
- Clear verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in Russian language;
- At least a B2 level of English proficiency;
- Driving license, category B.
