Responsibilities
Managing a team of 20 brokers
Communication with legal, financial and marketing departments.
Introduce brands that fit well into the new upcoming shopping center and ensure they are positioned in the best locations within the new development to maximize customer appeal.
Training new employees and mentoring beginning brokers.
Monitoring of Dubai real estate and price category

Requirements
2 years of experience in a Retail Estate
Expert and professional knowledge of all existing and future Real Estate locations and projects in local market
Leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English
Having a car and driving licence
