We are looking for a Finance Manager for one of the AdTech Holding projects in the Finance Team.


**Responsibilities:
**
Maintaining and management of creditors accounts in the internal system;
Processing and authorization of payments from clients on daily basis;
Confirmation and reconciliation of creditors balances;
Close cooperation with compliance department in the management of creditors;
Performing bank reconciliations of accounts in financial institutions and payment system providers;
Preparing supporting documentation for transactions performed;
Preparing lists and corresponding with financial partners in relation to creditors approvals;
Checking and approval of payment details;


Requirements:

A Finance related degree and several years’ experience in the financial field relevant to Finance Manager role.
Following qualities are must:
An analytical mind
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
Commercial and business awareness
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
Ability to stick to time constraints

We are looking for a Accountant for one of the AdTech Holding projects in the Accounting Team.


Responsibilities:
Key areas: Fixed assets, IFRS, CAPEX, rent accruals
Automatization experience

Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations (manual/automated/half-automated), including bank reconciliations, accounting transactions, to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records in the financial software. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Financial Analysis:Prepare asset and liability entries in terms of accrual basis accounting and assets recognition in accordance with Cyprus regulations.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with Cypriot tax laws, including the preparation and submission of tax returns and handling tax-related matters (Fixed assets, CAPEX, rent accruals).
Audit Support: Coordinate and assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors. Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards, including IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Financial Systems: Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline and to automate financial processes and reporting.
Communication: Effectively communicate financial information to internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making. Effectively communicate financial information to external consultants or authorities, providing the data required for the local reporting and dealing with inquiries.

Requirements:

Degree(not lower than bachelor) in Accounting or Finance
3 years of relevant experience in accounting
Knowledge of accounting IFRS standards
Knowledge of tax computation in related field (Fixed assets, IFRS, CAPEX, rent accruals) and auditing in accordance with Cyprus regulations
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel
Knowledge of NetSuite (Oracle) will be considered as an advantage
Fluency in oral and written English (Greek language - an advantage)
