**
Here's what you will do: **
• Develop and enhance HR processes to streamline and improve efficiency, ensuring they align with industry best practices. Continuously review and identify opportunities for process improvement across the HR function.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data management and governance protocols. Use data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and manage performance appraisal process
• Conduct regular reviews and implement updates to internal policies and guidelines
• Establish and maintain HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs. Track and report on metrics related to employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and other HR areas.
• Manage onboarding process for new hires and offboarding of employees.
• Analyze, review, and manage employees benefits plan
• Manage HR-related Social Media
• Participate in events management
• Provide assistance to the HR director in managing the grading process
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Advise managers on HR policies, procedures and etc.
You'll be a great candidate if you have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a focus on process improvement, data analysis, and metrics tracking.
• Good team management skills.
• Flexibility in managing multiple priorities.
• If you're detail oriented, creative, and possess strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of immigration policies and laws, great understanding of HR practices and procedures.
