📌Position: Group CFO
⠀
PUNIN GROUP is a fast growing group of companies operating in several business areas throughout Cyprus. PUNIN GROUP owns a number of properties in Limassol: mixed-use office centers and retail stores, ZANTE VENUE concert venue, PUNIN WINE and Le Frenchie (Le Petit Marche) wine boutiques, MIXOLOGY BAR gastro bar, Do Grill House and Le Frenchie restaurants, and TOY Confectionery. Much more is coming.

Main responsibilities:
⠀
▫️Driving the financial management of the group of companies by analyzing their needs, performance and risks.
▫️Creating and supporting management reporting (PnL, CF, BS).
▫️Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
▫️Providing financial models and forecasting for each project accurately and consolidating the reports.
▫️Launching the new projects of finance management improving, automatization, creating the new finance models, reports, processes.
▫️Coordinating with other members of the finance team to keep the processes rolling.

Requirements:
⠀
▫️Proven experience as CFO 5-10 years in a dynamic environment, preferably big holdings.
▫️Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, statistics, economics, business administration.
▫️Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills;
▫️Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
▫️Ability to drive corporate change and influence people.
▫️Service oriented, team player.
▫️Strategic thinker and great presenter.
▫️Advanced English. PLEASE NOTE THAT RUSSIAN LANGUAGE IS A MUST FOR THIS PARTICULAR POSITION.

Will be plus:
⠀
✅ Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
✅ Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA etc.)
✅ Working at Big4 or similar consulting/audit company, experience with family office companies
✅ Hands-on experience in M&As.
